Abilities/Gimmick: He is, of course, owl-themed, and is an excellent bird trainer (a trade he learned a lot about from the Penguin). He has pointed fingernails that look like talons on an owl and a jetpack-type device under his elaborate feathered cape. His mask enhances his vision and widen his peripheral vision.
Background: Kelley Byrd, a very feminine young man, had been a bird trainer for many years before a friend of his, Laura Crane, said that her internship at Arkham would allow her to introduce him to someone who could teach him more. A perfectionist, Kelley was intrigued, and he became the apprentice of the Penguin and ended up learning more than just how to better train birds. While Owl, as he is now called, never questions Penguin's authority, he can often be heard complaining behind his master's back and referring to him as "The Suit" or "Tux". However, Kelley does indeed respect the Penguin. Underneath it all, he still has a good heart, as he donates most of his cut from heists to his cancer-stricken mother, who still has no idea where he's getting all that money.
